De fem simple yoga øvelser (som kaldes riter) er nemme og udføre og meget effektive da de bla. giver spændstige muskler, bedre fordøjelse og bedre hormonbalance samt mindsker stress.

Det tager ca. 20 min at lave 21 af hver af de fem riter. Start med 3 første uge, 5 den næste og så fremdeles til du kan lave de 21 i træk. Se øvelserne i linket.

The five simple yoga exercises (called rites) are easy and perform and very effective as they provides resilient muscles, better digestion and better hormone balance, and reduces stress.

It takes approx. 20 min to make 21 of each of the five rites. Start with 3 first week, 5 the next and so on until you can make the 21 in a row.
